I don't know anything about Emirgrant Direct but I do have an ING savings account. I received $25 when I signed up. It's pretty easy to use and the interest rate keeps going up. DH and I used it for our wedding $$ when we were planning and we earned a lot of $$ in interest.

I don't know anything about Emigrant either but also have savings at ING Direct and yes, their interest rates keep going up!!
