That is what I was thinking how could it be Lucious' mother? Who else could it be?
Lucious is a liar so I wouldn't put it passed him to make up such a story.

Yes, it was Luscious mother in the nursing home or whatever kind of place that was. Luscious is a liar, that's how! Don't forget, Cookie JUST found out his real name! I'm guessing he has been paying for his mother's care for many, many years.
