A friend of mine from high school worked on this series & I wanted to see what you guys (and your kids) thought of it.

Good, bad, what age group would you recommend it for?

I put it on for Sarah and Andy.

Andy (3yo) thought the first part was funny, but lost interest when it switched to the kid's bedroom. I think the part when the kids were debating and the book was glowing went on too long for him.

Sarah (4.5yo) didn't like the queen yelling at the start, but she gets freaked out easily. We still haven't made it 5 minutes into the Little Mermaid because the shark totally filps her out.

It kind of reminded me of Dragon Tales but not so cutesy, sugary sweet. I'd guess that this is aimed at kids a little older than mine.

HTH!

Thanks Cathy! I'll have to see what mine say since they're in FL.
