Opinions on Levitts?
DH and I just started looking for houses and since our price range is on the lower end, some of the houses we started looking at are Levitts.
Most of the houses are bigger than the others we’ve looked at, but I’ve never lived in a house without a basement so it seems a little weird.
Pros/Cons/Other thoughts?

we live in a Levitt basic cape..
no basement.
i actually don't mind at all not having a basement. we don't have a garage either.. the eves have enough storage space for us! its all we need!
not sure if you are looking into a ranch or cape.. but the ranches are a little bigger!!

Hey I remember you from LIW! We just moved to Wantagh but there are a lot of Levitts near us.. we looked at them and decided we needed a basement, mostly because I wanted the washer and dryer, water heater etc. down there However a lot of people we talked to loveee their Levitts and a lot of them are gorgeous! I think it comes down to personal preference.
