English muffins
i bought the stop and shop brarnd lite mulitgrain english muffins yesterday. i had one for breaakfast and it was pretty good

I got the 100 cal multigrain ones -- they also have like 8 grams of fiber so they are only 1 point according to my point calculator! it's awesome to have an egg, a slice of cheese on an EM for 4 points!
