Entertainment ideas for kids at party...

We're having a party at a Knights of Columbus Hall. I need some ideas for entertainment for the kiddies (WITHOUT paying for outside entertainment to come in). There will be three 2 year olds, and two 6 year olds. (The 3 infants won't need entertainment )

The hall has a dance floor to one side which we won't really be using as we're not getting a DJ, so I thought I could set something up there to keep them busy.

Ideas? Something that needs minimal adult facilitation would be even better. :)

Want to keep it inexpensive, please!

What about putting down a foam ABC mat and just bringing a bunch of toys from home for the kids to play with? We did that at DS's first birthday party and a lot of my friends did the same for their DC's. I brought DS's Laugh & Learn house, walkers, basketball hoop toy, etc. You could also set up a ball pit or something. For the older kids, maybe an arts and crafts table, bubbles, stuff for them to play dress up with?
