Espradilles
So who's wearing these for spring? It seems to be the upcoming trend.
I want to get a pair or two, one open toe and one closed.
Show me yours

Re: Espradilles
Oh great - now they're a trend? I need to buy mine now I guess -
I've been wearing them all summer/spring for years.
My only advice is to check the sole of the shoe before you buy and/or wear them - While they are adorable, some don't have a rubber sole, so if you walk on wet grass, sand get caught in the rain etc - your feet will be soaked through.

Thanks, I will def look out for that.
I've had a few pairs through the years too, but it seems like this year they're super popular.

I don't like my toes, so I've always worn closed toe espadrilles in the spring, summer. Nice to see that I'll be in fashion this year. I got a cute pair of Ralph Lauren ones from Amazon last year. They also have a ton of cute ones at DSW.

My mom wore them in the 70s. I've worn them through the years. They're cute. Didn't know they were becoming a trend... ugh.

They've been around forever. I wouldn't consider them an trend at all. I really like them. I just have an issue with heels and support. My knee always hurts the next day.

Re: Espradilles
I have a pair of Tory burch that I want to wear but they killed my feet the first fee minutes. I will have to add some heel padding. Otherwise, I'm sticking to Toms. If The Chanel espadrilles are comfortable, I'll buy those but Im terrified they will s!ck. pain > beauty = BS lol

I've been seeing them a lot in magazines and store websites lately, so I figured they were more popular than usual this spring/summer.

I feel like every pair I see has huge heels. They are all so tall. They don't make a lower heeled espadrille? I feel like I'd break my neck in most of these.

I don't like feet either lol. I have been wearing Espadrilles for years and I also love Ralph Lauren Cecilia since they came out. There are so many colors and they look nice since they're silk shantung.

These are cute. Do they slip off the back of your heels when walking?

they are true to size: I usually wear 5.5 but the smallest they come in is 36 which they claim is between 5.5 and 6. I had to go with 36 of course, and it's just a smidgen too big, but nothing major. I would have probably gotten a half a size smaller if it was available but it's not. However, because they have an ankle strap the shoe stays on and you don't rely wiggle around n there. They are VERY comfortable!!! I bough them when we went to Savannah in october and walked ALL over the city in them and felt great!!

I just bought these from Marshalls tonight for $25. I picked up the Black ones and the Blue/White stripped pair.
Too bad I can't get it to post.
They are white mountain.

I have these in navy and I love them!! Not too high and very flattering to your foot/leg.

Never! They're low, so you wouldn't have that problem. I recommend getting a half size down in the silk shantung. They stretch quickly. Other fabrics are stiffer and run true to size. I think I have 6 pair

I love my Tory ones but they hurt!! I find if I wear those little socks that you cant see they are much better. What a pain though
