Ever go a full day without feeling the baby move?
I'm thinking about how active they were yesterday, and I think I maybe felt them once this morning (I can't remember) but nothing all day. Is this normal? I'm almost 21 weeks. Anyone find they'd go a full day without feeling the baby move at this point in the pregnancy?

At 21 wks that is totally normal but once you hit your third trimester you should be feeling movement everyday.

My Dr told me that you might feel it here and there but it might take till 26 weeks to become really frequent and not to worry if it takes that long.. I def feel her, I just don't feel her frequently at all.. most times it is at night after dinner...

don't forget too that the baby often moves when you are at rest (ie: sleeping! ) - there are some days dh tells me he felt her moving but I was fast, fast asleep!

At 21 weeks absolutely! I had gone 3 days or so without feeling her. Don't worry he/she is moving, you just can't feel it
I didn't consistently start feeling her until i was late in 20 something weeks.

I'm 33 weeks Pg with twina and didn't start feeling them everyday until about 2 weeks ago. What you are experiencing is perfectly normal.

Re: Ever go a full day without feeling the baby move?
Great post!
I have been a constant worrier when it comes to the baby moving ... when I wasn't feeling him consistently, or thought I wasn't getting "strong" enough kicks yet, I started to think "is something wrong?" (I'm now 26+ weeks)
But all of you ladies are correct - I saw my doctor today for my monthly and she assured me that I'm worrying for nothing.
Starting at 28 weeks (the 3rd trimester) you should usually start feel movement EVERY day ... they even have 'kick tests' you can do to keep track of the movements if you are worried. But before the 28 week point, consistent movement is not a given with all babies. Some days might be very active, others very quiet. It also does depend on the position of the placenta and the baby, etc, as you ladies also said
So it sounds like we're all normal

Felicia, that's what I remembered reading too but it has been so consistent lately that I got so scared. I slept through the night (well one wakeup to go to the bathroom) for the first time last night and I woke up on my back, so I got scared that something happened b/c I slept on my back. Just worrying as usual!!! Thank you so much everyone for your reassurance!!!
