Ever have one of those days where you hate everyone?
Even the people you usually like? I'm having one of those days.
When staying in isolation isn't an option, what do you do?

take a deep breath....count to 10...that "usually" helps me....BUT sometimes nothing will help being in a funk...KIWM?

Ugh yes. And they usually coincide with AF. And the hating "EVERYONE" also includes MYSELF.
The 2 "I"s work for me.
1)isolation (you said, not an option)
2) ice cream. 99 cent sundaes/big cones at friendlys!!!!!!

I try to think of something positive- but it never works. I end up turning off my cell and going to bed early so I dont say anything I wil regret.

I have a ton of meetings at work and people keep asking "what's wrong?"
I don't even know what's wrong so I can't tell them, but the question is putting me further into a funk.

Sorry you are feeling this way today Lauren. 
When people ask me what's wrong and I don't feel like talkiing about it I usually say that I've had a dull headache all day and it's starting to wear me down- that way, they can understand why i look crabby but they stop prying... HTH!

Yeah, I've just been saying I didn't sleep well last night!!
I think it's PMS too, which is making me even more upset because I'm in the 2ww.

Yep I am having one of those days right now at work!
I am just keeping my mouth shut (well I mean not saying anything to anyone but I sure am eating which by the way I dont recommend doing a lot of!).

Absolutely. I hate days like that. They're the worst.  No advice from me though, because I usually just avoid leaving the house.
