Every just crave a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie?
This will change your life.
I made this the other night because we had gone to dinner and one of the desserts was a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream-- but DD was getting antsy and tired so we skipped dessert.
But it stuck in my head and I had to have SOMETHING
This makes a single serve, warm, gooey, chocolate chip cookie in a mug- right in the microwave.
Top it with a scoop of ice cream while still hot and it's orgasmic!

Yeah it's bad because ever since I made it on Saturday night, DH wants to make one every night.
He's like- "You want one of those cookies?" I am like YES! But noooooo!
I was even thinking- hey maybe I can pre-portion the ingredients somehow so it's even easier to make, this way I'm not measuring out flour etc.
Then I said- no, don't make it any easier!

yes, when my company filed for chapter 11, all of the sudden I craved the smell and taste of warm fresh out of the oven CC cookies, I guess I needed the comfort it brings lol
