Ering, wedding band and anniversary band (all on one finger), right hand ring, diamond bracelet, diamond hoop earrings, diamond heart necklace, and my watch. It sounds like a lot but it's not.

Right now just my wedding ring.. I used to wear earrings and a necklace FH gave me all the time but now Im just lazy and dont put it on.

*large diamond hoop earrings (I only wear the hoops when leaving the house. Normally I would wear my studs 24/7, but I lost a backing so until I get to my jeweler to replace it, hoops it is.  )

whatever looks good with my outfit that day - maybe a bracelet, maybe big earrings or maybe small ones if i have a necklace on. im usually wearing chunky bead necklaces to add color to my business wardrobe
the only guaranteed thing i will wear everyday is my wedding band

earrings - usually studs of some sort
sometimes necklace - diamond solitaire, cross (diamond fell out so i havent worn it in a while) sometimes silver beads (tiffanys) or brighton sometimes to make an all black outfit fun
bracelet everyday - evil eye bracelet - i have like 20 different colors and i switch everyday - been wearing them since 8th grade. and usually a saint bracelet on the same wrist.
sometimes a watch but i dont love the ones i have.
oo and my e-ring
