Excited about my progress (pic)...
I'm running about 3-4 miles (average) 3x/week since January and doing 30 day shred 2-3x/week (advanced level) since February
And no sugar for the last 1 1/2 weeks :)! I really didn't have any ab definition at all before that. Just started new Jackie Warner ab videos too so hopefully I'll really get some definition soon.
So I'm gettin there!!

Thanks, its been a lot of work! I don't weight train, I just use the weights with the videos. Running has actually been great for my muscles too...it works everything!

Thanks, I made sure my abs were REALLY strong before getting pregnant in hopes they'd snap back.

I was so busy looking at those hot abs I didn't even notice the shirt! I love it!!
You are my inspiration!! I want to start TTC but I'm worried my body wont go back to the way it was. Its good to see it is possible!

The last 2 weeks or so its been no sugar (except fruit) & limited-no refined carbs so it like this:
7am Coffee w/ 1/4 cup 2% milk and sweet & low
8am Protein shake (Designer whey and 1 frozen banana and 5-6 strawberries, mixed with almond milk or water) ... around 300 calories)
12pm 1 slice whole grain high fiber/protein bread, hummus, turkey, roasted veggies (any combo of that around 400 calories)
3pm a handful of nuts..pistachios, almonds ... maybe 1/4 cup
5pm dinner varies...protein like tofu or beans or meat, veggie, tiny tiny bit of carb like 1/4 cup of brown rice or a starchy veg...around 400 calories
7pm light & fit yogurt & fruit
if I'm hungry after this I eat some more nuts. I'm not really sure what my total calories end up at day to day
