Exercise
What type of exercise are you girls doing especially in the first and 2nd trimesters? I was already overweight before pregnancy and I am very scared of gaining too much. I have been trying my best to eat as clean as possible but I would like to do some exercise to maybe help tighten up a little.

Exercise
I've been doing Tracey Anderson's method express. It's great because she breaks each area into ten minute clips and it's pretty low impact. I modify the abs exercises though. Also, walking a some very light jogging. I'm just starting to get my energy back. I've always been in ok shape, meaning I exercise, but when pregnant I get very winded from cardio so I've mostly been walking.
You can even check out pinterest for great pregnancy workouts.
