Exercise 'equipment'
What exercise epuipment do you own at home? I'm thinking of getting a step and medicine ball and some small weights. Anyone recommend anything? I had the big stability ball but had to deflate it because I have no room for it!

That is what I have plus the big ball I love it!!! I also got some resistence bands

I have my ironman treadmill which is fantastic! An abdominal wheelie thing (got it at Marshalls of all places), two balls (large and small) and an 8 lb medicine ball.
Heres the wheelie thing- works great
