exersaucer ??
We got sindey an exersaucer for christmas and even with it on its lowest height setting her feet are about 3 inches off the bottom. Isn't she supposed to be able to touch the bottom so she can swirl herself around? She is 5.5 months old and is about 25 inches. Something just doesn't look right about it. And she got tired of it after 10 minutes Is she just supposed to use her arms to pull herself around to the other toys?
This is the one we got....

Re: exersaucer ??
Jake also got one and his feet do touch the bottom...though I'm not sure how long he is right now. He seems to have gone through a growth spurt recently and I think he's on the tall side for his age (also around 5 1/2 months)
10 minutes ain't bad at all, Jake only lasted about 5 minutes! It takes time for them to get really into it, plus you really aren't supposed to keep them in there too too long. It's gotta be pretty tiring for them.
Note: we got the evenflo one even though we were originally going to get the Baby Einstein one in your picture. The BE looks a little taller, maybe? Image Attachment(s):

There are height adjustments on the side, you might need to lower. The baby should touch the bottom.

We have the Baby Einstein one also. When we first put Jesse in it, his feet didn't touch either and he only used it for about ten minutes as well. Now he loves it! Just give her some time. You probably shouldn't use it for much more than ten minutes at a time until she can stand up in it (at least on tiptoes) because she might get too tired or uncomfortable.

Re: exersaucer ??
I have that one but Kevin was 26 inches by his 3rd month and I started in his 4th month. He always reached the bottom. It did take him time though to learn to spin around and yes at first he was only entertained 5-10 minutes at a time. I don't think he ever stayed in it more than 15-20 minutes total. But in time he learned to use all the toys and sppin around and have fun.
