Experience w/ Amazon?
i never ordered from amazon prior to yesterday and wondering how accurate their scheduled delivery date is and if anyone ever had any problems when returning items.

I order a lot of my son's toys on there and I never had a problem. I usually got all my orders fairly qiuck!

i ordered 3 pairs of boots, 2 colors. 1 pair i bought in 2 diff sizes because i wasn't sure which size would fit. would have ordered both colors in both sizes but the 2 sizes i wanted were only available in one of the colors.
obvously i am going to be returning the one pair (size) that doesn't fit and was curious how they are w/ returns.

I think I had to return a mouse. I ordered the wrong thing and although it was a PITA to get in touch w/ someone (I didn't want to pay for return shipping) it ultamitly worked out.
I've been ordering with them since 2002!
One time (a web cam) came later then they said by 4-5 days. But that was 1 on over 50 orders!
