Experiences with a Pressure Cooker?
I am debating purchasing one since it cooks so much faster.
What are your reviews/complaints? Fav foods to make?

Re: Experiences with a Pressure Cooker?
I have 2, a regular stove top one and an electric one. I prefer the stove top one, it's not as big (the electric ones are pretty big in comparison), although I love the way rice comes out in the electric one. You definitely don't have to spend a lot on one. I use mine all of the time, so quick and easy! There are a lot of videos on youtube that you can watch if you are nervous about using one.

Re: Experiences with a Pressure Cooker?
I don't have one, but my parents do. They have an electric one and love it. They use it primarily for soups and they come out fabulous. They also made corned beef and cabbage last St Patrick's day in about 30 minutes.
The only drawback or problem they have had is the steam release valve. They had it pointing upwards and it literally peeled the paint off of the ceiling, so be careful. When they use it now, they point the valve straight ahead or downwards.

I have an electric one and I love it! We use it mostly for soups and stews.
