I make chili in it, it comes out awesome!
Also - beef stroganoff - the great thing about the pressure cooker is that it softens up any meat, so even if you get london broil on sale or not a great cut of meat, it will make it very tender. Anyway - i get whatever's on sale, bottom round, stew meat, london broil, etc. Cut it up into bite size pieces and brown inthe pressure cooker with a diced onion and a little garlic. I sprinkle a little worschetire sauce, put in a small can of tomato paste and a tbsp of flour, mix it up, pour in a can of beef broth, possibly two, enough to cover the meat. And then set the pressure cooker, you let it come to pressure and then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. After you open it up (be careful, follow the directions), I add 3-4 tbsp of sour cream. Great with egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
