extra long curtain rod
i need a curtain rod that is at least 170 inches long. anyone find one of these anywhere? when i googled i found umbra makes an adjustable 120-170 in but im afraid that will be just a little short

In the past I bought 2 of the same rod. Took one part from 1 & made the 2nd one longer.

I have been looking too- and Crate & Barrel has one that goes to 170". I don;t need one quite that long, but let me know if you find anything else!

Definitely check there even if you have to special order. Not sure what the look is in yoru ouse, but you can make one with various things found at Home depot(get the brackets and buy a dowel, etc. I've even seen ones made with plumbing pipes which sounds ugly but looks cool

I just got infinite curtain rods from Jcp. They connect together and can go forever, lol. I never even knew these existed, the staff at Jcp in Roosevelt field were super helpful. Each rod was only $19 too!

Im pretty sure mine goes to 170 and I got it from lowes. Its really nice too.
