Eye Stye?
I have soreness right on the lashline. It doesn't look like anything but maybe I just scratched my eye lid with my nails?
I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist said that I should put warm compresses on it.
Any suggestions?

I put a hot wet tea bag on my eye - it takes the sting out of a stye. (hot as I can stand it - I'll reuse the tea bag a couple of times)

I used to get these ALOT.
There is an OTC med called STYE in drugstores. Works great. Also a warm teabag does wonders.

well the warm teabag was the trick. The eye stye stuff is just petroleum and something else I guess to give it some slide..

This is true...but I am sucker for it everytime since I know it works.

I worked from home yesterday because I had such a crappy sleep due to my eye. I'm such a baby.

For some reason I got styes when I was pg, so bad that I had to have them removed. My eye dr said it help prevent them, and just a goof way in general to keep the eye area clean, was to wash them with a tear free baby shampoo. It works! and it's good for taking off make-up too

I used to get them a lot too and my doctor asked me to do the same thing...I've been washing my eyes with baby johnson's shampoo and it works wonder and is such a great make-up remover like you said :)
