face painting/balloon guy?
I know about Twinkle Town and Nick the Balloonatic from these boards, but does anyone have any other recommendations? I only want someone to come for like an hour and do facepainting and make balloon animals. (I guess I really need 2 people). It's just for a small party in my backyard for about 10 toddlers. I don't need fancy costumes or clowns etc. Thanks!
