Faint Line? False Positive???
I just got a faint second line on First Reponse Early Response.
I do not want to get too excited because we only BD once FIVE days before my expected O date. We were going to start TTC this cycle but I thought I had to wait until AF to start because we were apart from one another during O time.
How reliabie is First Response Early Respone???? Ever hear of anyone getting a false positive with First Response tests?
Update: This is definitely a positive, right? I'm not seeing things???? Image Attachment(s):

My dr told me you can't get a false positive (you can get a false negative. You can however have a chemical pregnancy. A line is a line. I only got very faint lines when I found out I was pregnant with DD.
But in order to get a + you have to have the hormone in your system.

A line is a line!! When I tested with FRER at 10DPO I too had a line that was very, very faint. I literally had to hold it up to the light to see it well. Each day it darker and darker and now I'm 30 weeks along so I would say........CONGRATS ON YOUR BFP!!!!!!!

are you going to test again?
I tested again with First Response and got another positive. It looked like a real line this time, not that faint. Then I tested with Accu Clear and got the faintest line possible.
I think I may be pregnant. How am I supposed to work today?!?!??! I'm in shock in my office right now.

Good luck to you! A line is a line! When I was pregnant the first line we got was so faint we couldn't even be sure it was there!

I wouldn't consider that a faint line. It's a pretty distinct line. Congratulations! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.

Wow, that is NOT a faint line!
You are definitely pregnant!
If you weren't tracking ovulation by temping or OPKs or anything, then it's possible that you O'd earlier than you thought.
Congrats! Hope you have a happy and healthy nine months.
