Fair-skinned babies?

DS is very fair-skinned. He has a very visable vein above his nose, in between his eyes.

Does anyone else's DC have somethin similiar? Is this normal?

Thanks!

I can see veins on DS' eyelids and I think in the same spot you mentioned. I think it's normal!

Yes, DS has that too. His doctor, who is Greek, said that it is a Greek old wives tale that means that the next baby will be the opposite sex Chat Icon

My DD is also very fair (takes after me) and she has a vein going through her right eye lid. My DH who isn't all that fair (half greek) has the same vein on the same eye!

That is so funny. I never heard of this but it was true for us. Ryan is fair skinned and you can see a few veins on the side of his head... and we had a girl a few months ago!

DD has this as does my nephew. He is 6 and it has become much less visible over time.
