OMG - you are almost at your goal! Do you notice a difference now?

Just in this last week I have noticed that my belly is going down slightly. Yesterday we had a party and it was the first time I haven't felt self concious in three years.

I know, right?
I've been REALLY strict with myself this week. Like really. No sugar or carbs all week. And I went to the gym 3 times. I needed to see a big number this week because it wasn't easy! But, my parents both commented on me looking thinner today, so it's all worth it!Chat Icon

I had maintained my 1 lb weight loss up until Friday, and then I had a rough weekend and lost it. I definitely used food for comfort. Well onto the next week. I'm starting up my index card system again where I record and count every calorie I put in my mouth and hang it on the fridge.

zero loss AGAIN! Chat Icon

I am stagnating. I have reached a plateau. I am fluctuating between 32-33 Lbs loss.

I experimented again and tapped in my 35 pts allowance again (less than 10 total for the whole week) and I cannot lose if I use ANY of those points.

I was under the weather and that did not help.

So this week, I will have to stick to my daily points only STRICKLY.

On the other side, I fit in clothes from 4 years ago.Chat Icon Lost 2 dress sizes since Memorial Day.

If I weighed myself now I guarantee I would be up those 2 lbs I just lost!

Haven't weighed in in 2 weeks but I will be back on the wagon this week so I will weigh in on Sunday-give me 6 days to get it together!

Still trying for 15 pounds by November!

Just weigh every week at the same time-you can see the trend over a few weeks and know that you are on the right path.

There will always be fluctuations intra day and day to day depending on what you are wearing, what you eat.

Thanks!! You know from the last challenge thread how hard this has been for me...

I'm being really strict with my diet (most of the time) and I am just starting to see a small difference in my stomach. In the morning, it is actually looking semi-normal! After I eat and at the end of the day is another story... but I'll work on that.

I need to start doing ab/core exercises! Does you know of any good videos??

Just wanted to let you know that I'm going to switch to Sat weigh ins. I ate clean yesterday and when I weighed myself today, I had lost 1 of the 1.5 lbs I gained over the weekend.

For example - last week we went out to dinner on Friday night with friends and I gained weight that week. I would imagine that's what it would be like to weigh in every Monday morning after the weekends where it's sooo hard to watch everything you eat!
