Fall Marathons?
I just registered for Marine Corps!! It will be my first full. So excited, the race sold out in less than 3 hours!
Anyone doing a fall marathon this year? I wanted to do NYC but have BIL's wedding.

I ran NYC the past 2 years but I think I'm gonna sit it out this year. But there's a few halves I'd like to do!

I applied to NYC but if I don't get it I am doing Marine Corp for the second year in a row!!!

I want to do Steamtown this year. i tried to get in 2 years ago and it was the first time they ever sold out! 3 months before!
I have a NYC entry, but am thinking that I might want to defer until next year. But this is my 18 months before 40 year, so I can qualify for Boston (2014) with a 40 time even though I'm only 38. So I have been contemplating NYC, Philly and Tucson. I've also debated all 4 and becoming a marathon maniac.
I should really just get through San Diego in 3 months!
Hartford and Mohawk-Hudson were both GREAT fall marathons.
