The post about how much do you spend on a seasonal wardrobe got me wondering - -

how many:

outfits will you buy DC for fall/winter?

pajamas?

pairs of shoes/sneakers?

jackets/coats?

I am guilty of buying Aly waayy to much clothing so Imjust wondering how much other people buy for a season....

Re: fall/winter wardrobe

I spent alittle over $200 each kid (well my 6mo old and 2yr old) that includes 1pair of sneakers , 7pairs pajamas,2packs of onsies, about 8 outfits. Thats shopping at BRU. Both kids got the same number of items. Now my 9 yr old is a diff story $200 would not buy much.

Re: fall/winter wardrobe

I go WAY overboard. So, my plan for fall/winter was to get a whole bunch of shirts and 7 or 8 pairs of pants (I don't have a machine, so I don't wash every day). Instead of doing outfits. I think I have about 30 shirts for fall/winter Chat Icon

Re: fall/winter wardrobe

As I am just putting away all her newborn and 0-3 clothes tha don't fit anymore and see that I have a ridiculous amount and that she never wore some of it, I am swearing to myself that I am going to take it easy for the fall/winter since we are trying to save for a house.....

....yeah right, who am I kidding????Chat Icon

Re: fall/winter wardrobe

Oh I definitely go overboard. He'll probably end up with about 20 onesies, atleast 10 pairs of pants, 10 sweaters, 20 regular shirts, 6 pais of pjs and atleast 3 pairs of shoes. But in fairness, I think he'll be in two different sizes through the season, so I need a variety. Chat Icon
