FarmVillers - have you seen...
The new Harvester and the Aloe Vera plant? I have to admit, I am a little intimidated by this harvester thing! Has anyone tried it yet?
Also, I really like that there is now a 6 hour plant

Yes! I was thinking this morning that I could use a faster way to harvest, so I could get in at work and then I came home today & saw it! I think I am going to buy it later when my crops are ready.
I didn't see the aloe plant.

I bought one! And then they'll come out with a pink one and I'll be mad that I bought it so quickly.
I was just thinking that it would be great if the tractors could harvest too.
ETA: You always have to keep an eye on the new crops because they're constantly sneaking new ones in.

how much fuel do the tractor/harvester use? i am wondering if they are worth it - i havent both either yet for this reason.

black berries and cabbage are new too !
the tractor/harvester machines run on the same fuel -- so if you use the tractor to plow land and have only a little fuel left---and go to use the harvester--then you have to make do with the little fuel thats left.
in the long run i think they are worth it if you have big properties and sometimes harvesting, plowing, and planting new seeds on a plantation size farm can take a good half hour clicking each square one at a time. even if it runs out of fuel, you at least cut down 10 minutes!

You get a little occasionally (I don't think anyone really knows how ) or you can buy it with real money.

I bought both the tractor and harvester today. I think you don't need to buy fuel with real money. I think you need a few hours for refuel though.

Loving the harvester!! Super quick, and if you rotate your crops enough, fuel isn't too much of an issue.

I bought a harvester and plower last night. They only do 4 plots at a time and I have a big farm so I can't do all my crops at once before it runs out of gas.
I think it will be better when I'm at work and need to do it quick.
