***About Us***
We are 1 division of a multi million dollar company, which carries licenses for COLUMBIA Outerwear. 95% of our business is based off of Private Label Men’s Outerwear for Macy’s. We are a small team which design, source, price, and handle production for Major Dept Store Private labels. We do everything from initial concept including presentation boards, inspirational booklets, to the end of production, working with factories etc... You will definitely learn a lot working with a small team.

***What we Need***
A product assistant, who is a quick learner, and who will interact with product development/production, technical and creative design areas. This person must have strong organizational and communication skills; ability to solve problems independently; must be a team player and have ability to multi-task.

Major Responsibilities include:
• Daily communication with Customers and overseas Factories
• Develop and Maintain all trims and Vendor Trim Cards
• Maintain style library including actual samples/protos, sketches and boards
• Follow up and updating daily Excel charts regarding development and delivery of all protos, trims, and fit samples etc.
• Prepare development tools as needed (cutting and swatching of fabrics for swatch cards, line sheets etc.)
• Basic Specing
• Sending & receiving of courier packages and general office duties

Job Requirements:
Entry Level-2 years experience in Product Development or Production and extremely organized. Experience with Illustrator is necessary. Knowledge of Specing is a plus+ but can teach.
