Hmmm, I was interested in having something like this done before I had my hair straightened. It seems to be pretty popular in Japan and I didn't know if they could do it on curly hair or not.
I would definitely prefer something like this over the JHS.
So who's going first!?!

I want it!! My before would look more like the JHS afters though! My hair is nice and straight.
Do you know how much it costs and if you can do it to color treated hair? I would try it!!

this seems interesting they do JHS on the top and do the curls thing on the bottom.
I always curl my hair on the bottom (i have JHS) hmmmm I may try it next time im due for JHS in july
I would love to hear from someone who has done this

So I got the Brazlian done instead of this and am now pizzed I did...next time - Fashion perm!!
So anyone get it done in the meantime?? I'm curious to know how the curls hold up

Hmmmmmmmmmm, now THIS is interesting!!! The reason I have been so hesitant about doing the JHS is because I personally don't like my ends to be PIN straight so I worried about having to curl it all the time. But something like this I could totally go for.
Has anyone done it???

I think I'm definately going to try it before my vacation in August...if it doesn't come out so great, I'll just cut my hair shorter to leave in the japanese...I'm surprised no one here has tried it yet

I wouldn't get it for myself... I think it would look weird as the hair gets cut. I can get that same look with a large barrel curling iron in 5 mins on my JHS hair.
But if anyone here decides to get it I would love to see pics!

I'm so jealous!!! My hair won't hold a curl for nothing! I got it done professionally and have done it numerous times myself with hairspray and nothing- it falls back straight within an hour at most.
I'm def going to try this before I go on vacation, my hair is super long right now and that's the only reason I haven't cut it all off yet.

Wow, this is an awesome concept! I really hope someone gets this done and posts a review! I am worried that after washing several times that those beautiful flowing curls will not look so nice lol Pessimist here, since I have the worst hair imagineable!
