Fashion question
I need to get a "fancy sundress" (yes, that is what is says on the invite) for a wedding. It will be held outside, and they say no pumps/stilettos. I have a pretty good pair of wedge espadrilles, but I am not sure about the dress
TIA for help
Not to backpedal, but I want to clarify. It is an informal wedding, a 2nd for both & their wedding invite was done as a website given on the STD card. The website is where we were to RSVP as well, and that is where the info was.
Sorry for the confusion!

Re: Fashion question

I agree. I did see some nice dresses at Ann Taylor Loft today. Not sure if they would be considered sundresses...

Re: Fashion question
I just went to a back yard wedding w/ the same dress requirements. I got a dress from the juniors department in Macy's (Walt Whitman Mall downstairs) It was just below the knee, strapless and I wore wedges. Deff. check out Macys, Banana Rep. & J Crew they usually have cute stuff. Some nice chunky / accessories can also dress up a not so dressy sun dress.

Re: Fashion question
LOL. It wasn't like that. The wedding is in a unique setting, and I think they wrote that in response to the questions that were being asked. It was on the FAQ part of their wedding website. I have sundresses, but they are all cotton & would wrinkle anyway, so I am not interested in wearing those.
I did see some nice ones at Ann Taylor today, just wasn't sure if they were fancy enough?
(Oh and I will be wearing my Jean Capris and my #8 shirt to the Karaoke the night before )
