Fat Camp!
I am very lame, but I am watching MTV's show from a few years back, Fat Camp and I am just thinking how much I'd love to go away to a place like this. Just me, focusing on working out, eating right, etc. It is so hard to work so hard on it when all the craziness of life is going on. I am starting to feel motivated finally though. I will be 6 wks. post partum on Monday and am cleared for the gym woohoo!

I went (not to that one) for 2 summers...loved it
I wasn't really fat...just slightly chubby (5'2" 125 @ 15 yrs), but had the best time
And, Tony Sparber who is the director on that show, was our director...and he is a db

Ever watch Heavy on A&E? They send the ppl to a health resort in Hilton Head, SC..I
would LOOOVEEEEE to go there. It looks so beautiful.

Yes! I watch all of those kinds of shows! It does look beautiful and they work their butts off!
