Norma's, by far. it's $$$$ but it's amazing. DH and I are going next Sunday because it's just been too long since we've been. 
Also pretty good is Artisinal, but I got sick from too many bellinis and all that cheese last time!

Le Train Bleu (in Bloomies, they have a set brunch with UNLIMITED mimosas).
