I love the Nestle tollhouse chocolate chip recipe - to make and to eat.
I get so many complements when I make them and it's easy.

chocolate chip!!! by far my favorite. i also like oatmeal choc chip, chocolate crackle cookies, and chocolate fudge chip cookies. can you tell i like chocolate? lol

The cookies i make best are pumpkin chocolate chip, banana chocolate chip and almond cookies.
I like to eat chocolate chip cookies and rainbow cookies.

I am actually not a huge cookie fan. I prefer cake.
but my favorites to make are almond cookies (so easy too), chocolate biscotti, and chocolate chip. my fav recipe is the one on the ghiradellis choco chip bag. and slitting the flour between ww and white makes a really nice textural difference.
we are currently eating our way through the batch of choco chip I made on sunday. I bag them up in small bags and freeze them.
bj, if you are looking for some great cookie ideas, both Bon Appetit and Saveur had fabulous recipes in their dec 2010 editions. I am trying to work my way through them.

Thanks all. I'm looking for a wow cookie. Something I can make that will knock everyone's socks off. I'm starting to plan for the family bake off. Yes, I'm nuts since its not until Christmas but hey, I want to prepare. Need to sample all the different goodness. Lol

To make, Toll House.
To eat, Chocolate chunk, anything with pecans, and a real black and whites, with soft frosting not the hard icing!
