Re: Favorite Crock-Pot Recipes?
i made this last sunday and served over mashed potatoes, it was very tender and tasty, but i would use half the amt of soy, and just add water or broth instead, because it can get too salty. Also, I seared the pork for 2 mins on each side first, before putting into crock pot
http://myfridgefood.com/recipes/entree-pork/sweet-slow-tenderloin/
2 pound Pork Tenderloin 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 TBS Yellow Mustard 2-3 TBS maple syrup 2 TBS olive oil 2 TBS Diced dried onions 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder Directions
Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.

Re: Favorite Crock-Pot Recipes?
I made this recipe for the first time last week and my family is already asking for it again! So easy and so good!
Moroccan Chicken
Ingredients 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup) 8 ounces baby carrots with tops, trimmed, or baby carrots, halved lengthwise if large 1/2 cup pitted dried plums (prunes) 1 14 ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned 1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*You can use any part of the chicken. * I used bullion cubes becuase I didn't have a can of broth. *I didn't put in the salt
Directions 1. In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker combine onion and carrots. Add plums and broth. Top with chicken. In a small bowl combine curry powder, salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over chicken. 2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Remove chicken, fruit, and vegetables from cooker with a slotted spoon. Spoon some of the cooking juices on each serving. Makes 4 servings.

Re: Favorite Crock-Pot Recipes?
I'm honestly not a huge crock pot fan. I don't like how mushy most things come out. I do love the pulled pork recipe made with root beer. I also do spaghetti squash with meatballs which comes out good.
Another favorite is this balsamic glazed pork loin. I don't even really enjoy pork loin usually but this recipe is amazing. I always add a sliced onion in with the meat. Recipe

Re: Favorite Crock-Pot Recipes?
I'm a big fan of recipes with the fewest ingredients. I am trying this one tomorrow: Hawaiian Chicken
I also like this one: Beef Stew
ETA: I also like the Tavern Style Pot Roast sauce from Campbell's. All you add is the sauce and meat in the crockpot. I serve it with noodles. Nice & Easy.

Re: Favorite Crock-Pot Recipes?
My fav. and my kid's fav is chicken and dumplings. Chicken breasts cut up, carrots, celery, peas, cup chicken broth, can of cream of chicken soup and put on low for a few hours. I use biscuit dough and drop in small balls about an hour before the time is up and they come out great!
