I also love the one with the apothecary table, where Rachel buys all that stuff from Pottery Barn and hides it from Pheobe and then she tells her Ross buys his sheets from the flea market!

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but DH and my favorite episode is The One in Massappequa with Alec Baldwin.
Parker: "Massappequa!! That sounds like a magical place. Tell me, is it steeped with Native American History??"

The episode on last night was the one with denise richards as monica and ross's cousin and they all saw her in slow motion and ross tried to make a move on her

Ugh, so many but one of my faves is def "The Only With the Prom Video" (Season 2).
Chandler & Joey as "bracelet buddies",
Phoebe's whole "lobster" theory,
the creepy guy Monica interviews with in the restaurant ("are the tomatoes firm?" "They're alright"..."you gonna slice 'em up real nice?" "I was gonna do them julienne" "uhhhhhh",
Jack & Judy Geller are always great,
the entire prom video (J--"some girl ate Monica" M--"shut up, the camera adds 10 lbs" C--"So how many cameras are actually on you?"
that was a freakin' GREAT episode
I also love the Thanksgiving ones too--"The One Where Ross Got High" with Rachel's trifle, "The One With the Rumor" with Brad Pitt, and "The One with the Football"...the Geller Cup!
I have the whole series on DVD, plus someone got me the Scene It--Friends Edition and the Friends Trivia board game 
eta: Also "The One with the Embryos" with the lightning round and "The One with the Jellyfish"

They're all going to something of Ross's at a museum. Ross and Rachel get into a fight, so she doesn't want to go.
Monica listens to Richards voicemails and then accidentally records her message onto his greeting outgoing message and freaks out.
Chandler and Joey are fighting, and Joey puts all Chandlers clothes on.
It's so funny!
