Favors for 3rd Birthday - CHECK
I bought favors and bags for Emma's 3rd birthday party today  They have the CUTEST Dr. Seuss stuff in the dollar bin at Target!! I couldn't resist! I'm on the hunt for a cute Dr. Seuss cake to make if anyone comes across one!

You know, it does kill me that I paid full price though Yeah they were a buck each, but the dollar bin goes to 75% off every few weeks! I'm saving my receipts though!
