federal tax refund
I filed April 13th and owe the state all of my federal return. I did an extension on state to wait for my federal to be deposited. Anyone have any idea of how long federal took to get back? I did direct deposit. Thanks!

Our taxes were e-filed by our accountant on April 12th and our taxes were in our account this past Friday, the 23rd.

we filed on the 15th and my mom just got her deposited the end of last week. i'm still waiting for mine!

We still haven't gotten ours and we filed in March. We just got our NYS refund on Friday.

my parents e-filed on 4/14 and their refund was deposited on 4/23.
ETA: Just an FYI because I am not sure if you were aware. Even though you filed and extension for the state return, the payment was still due on 4/15. An extension is only for more time to file, not more time to pay. You might still owe penalties and interest.

I was going to post this. You should have paid your state taxes by April 15.
I filed on April 12 and I still haven't been credited with my fed return yet.
I owe the fed from an audit anyway but they still haven't recorded the credit yet.
Also, I haven't gotten my state refund yet.

Oh yeah, I totally know but the penalities in the end were nothing compared to taking that kind of $ out of my acct and still pay for weekly expenses.
