feeding/changing chart?
does anyone have a good feeding chart that they used? Ive been looking online for days and cant find one that I like :(

i just made this one.. your welcome to use it, it has my dd's names n it but other than that i think it will work pretty good.

I found and used this one....For the first few weeks, then I didnt need it.
I got a binder for them.

I never used a chart. When they came home from the NICU they were on a 3 hour schedule and then it moved to 4 hours.

I just have a notebook. I write their names next to each other and put the time that they ate, how much, and when they pooped. It worked for me and I still use it. Now, I add when they nap.
