newborn feeding schedule/chart

is there a feeding schedule chart for newborns (and up) i know that babies who are formula fed should be fed every 3-4hrs but what amount.... and when does it increase.
I thought i saw a chart in a booklet i received from similac but i cant find it now.

I havent seen a chart or anything like that, but I was told that we should increase in 1/2 oz. incriments. So, DS was on 3.5 oz of formula each feeding. When we noticed that he wasnt satisfied with the 3.5 oz (he would suck it down so fast at some feedings OR he was eating the full 3.5 oz at every single feeding) we bumped it up to 4 oz. He doesnt eat the full 4 oz each time. Sometimes he'll eat 3 oz, sometimes 3.5 oz. Usually at night though he'll eat 4.

you'll know when she starts finishing those bottles more and more quickly.....and is hungry sooner than she should be...

emma's still stuck on 4 ounces - because sometimes she just doesn't finish the 4...so i hesitate to up her yet....
