Feeling light-headed?
I just got off the pill a about 3 weeks ago, had my period a couple of days after... last week, I started getting that yucky "before period" feeling... and for the past few days I've been feeling light headed.. I never get light headed before/during/after my period...
is this normal? anyone experienced this??

It could be partially b/c of the heat. Sometimes in the summer I get a little (more) light-headed around AF's visits.
I usually eat steak and spinach and feel much better.
