Feeling movement on outside?

When were you first able to feel the baby from the outside? I thought I felt movement this morning when I was laying in bed with my hand, but I'm not 100% sure and I thought it might be a little early. Is it possible I was feeling the baby?

i could feel the baby from the outside at about 18 weeks, but i started feeling him on the inside before 16 weeks, so that might be on the early side.

by 19 weeks i could see him move from the outside

ETA: i was also laying in bed on my back. even now at almost 22 weeks i can't really feel him from the outside unless i am laying down on my side or my back

Oh cool!! Then maybe it really was him! I was laying flat on my back when I felt it. I also felt movement inside early, around 16-17 weeks. YAY!

I can feel it on the outside if I am lying on my side, but it is still really faint from the outside.

ETA: I just started feeling it on the outside this week, and I am 18 weeks.

At 20 weeks I think I was feeling her both inside and out. At 21 weeks my mom felt her and at 22 my DH and sister felt her.
