Fence Questions - pics in album

So we are re-doing our patio and walkways and the contractor mentioend that if we plan to replace our fence we should do it now.

I'm torn as to what type of fence to get. We have wood stockade fence now that I like but DH wants PVC bc of the maintenance. I like that the wood doesn't show up as much - not blaringly white. What do you think?

Also I don't know what height to do - right now the front is 6ft and the right side is 4ft and the other sides are 6ft. I like our neighbors on the right so 4ft is nice so we can chat. Ugh decisions

I love a wood fence but I also love this kind of look if you don't want all white PVC. It's two toned.

I've been seeing more and more of the PVC that is the same color as the house, and it looks so nice because it blends it. But its $$$

the pvc is no maintence but it cracks VERY easy in the winter. if a ball hits it when its cold out, it cracks. We were considering doing it, but since one side of our yard is next to a park we were concerned about kids in the winter playing near it. it costs way to much money to take that risk for us. and that is the only isde we need a new fence on

Thanks - I like the two tone look but all our pavers are grey - I don't know that the tan will match well.
