Fenugreek or MMP..which works better???

I have always used More Milk Plus whenever I needed a boost, and it always worked wonders.

But ever since my AF returned a few months ago, and I got a stomach virus at the same time, my supply dipped big time, and I've managed to get it back up to a point where I pump (I exclusively pump) exactly what DS needs in a day, maybe 1-2 oz. more.

I really want to have at least a few bottles stashed just in case, but the MMP just doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Would taking just fenugreek alone work better? Has anyone used both and found one works more than the other??

And what about Goat's Rue? I've read about it, but does it work too??

FYI: I also take mother's milk tea..it's good, but not as good as the supplements.

I think it depends on your body. I founds MMP worked MUCH better. I didn't think fenugreek made a difference.

I tried the MMP and didn't notice too much of a difference, could I have not been using enough? I followed the instructions on the bottle

For me, the Fenugreek worked wonders. I never tried MMP.
