I never tried the tea, but used the fenugreek & it works great. It makes you smell like maple syrup but really works.

LOL, that's okay with me, as long as I keep producing enough milk.
Did you check with your ped before you started taking it?

I did the Fenugreek. I didn't work for me but I had big issues. I does definitely make you smell like syrup.

Mothers Milk is an herbal, commercially-prepared tea made from fennel seeds, coriander seeds, spearmint, lemongrass, borage leaves, blessed thistle leaves, althea root, lemon verbena, and fenugreek seeds. It helps increase breastmilk supply in some women. You can buy it at places like Whole Foods, GNC, and online at drustore.com and places like that.
