Like I said...I didn't have cable, so I did see it on NBC...I guess it was "back in the day".
Kids Incorporated (also known as Kids Inc.) was a children's television program that premiered in syndication the weekend of September 7, 1984, and ended on the The Disney Channel November 12, 1993.

Loved that show!! My sister and I always pretended we were Stacey and Renee. I had to be Renee because I was older. 
Then we would do "dances" on the swingset and pretend we were on the show.
