Fertile Days Are Coming Up!
My fertile days are starting the 5th. According to MyMonthlyCycles I should O on the 8th...
I've heard conflicting information about how often to BD. Should we BD every day from the 5th to the 9th or should we do it every other day and make sure we BD on the 8th? I'm confused and I don't want to mess up this month.
Please help!

I have heard varying ideas on BD everyday too. If your DH doesn't have any sperm issues, it can't hurt to BD everyday. DH & I like to do it every other.
Are you temping or using OPK's?? The only reason why i ask, is mymonthlycycles has told me before that I was Oing on a specific day & i didn't O until a week later. The OPK's will give you the right time to BD & that way you don't miss your time

I've heard/read that it takes a day and a half to fully "recharge".

ITA. You should try OPKs or charting or some other type of system besides mymonthlycycles. Even though I have tracked over 50 cycles on that website, my ovulation dates are STILL off. Good luck!

this is great information... i was curious about this too... i used mymonthlycycles too.. i think im gonna go out and buy the OPK for next month
