fet question
has anyone had a fet with just one embryo,and got pregnant from it???

Not anyone that I know of...you'd have to worry about the single embryo surviving the thaw. If it were me, I'd do another fresh cycle and add the frozen to the mix.

I got PG with 2 embies transferred, and they thawed out 4 just in case, but they all made the thaw. My RE said if it is a good quality embie, it will survive.

I did. I was so worried that it wouldnt survive the thaw but it did.
Unfortunately it ended in a chemical. But it did thaw and implant... so it can happen.

I know someone who was ttc #2 with ivf and didn't want to risk having twins, so she only put one frozen in and it worked the first time.
