At what week did your doctor make you take this sono?

I had mine at 30 weeks, I think because since she started measuring my fundal height, the doc has said that I have been measuring big. I think most people get them about 32-34 weeks.

I assume you mean a growth sono right? Not all women get one. I did get one cause I was measuring ahead of schedule. I had one at 37 weeks 2 days, dd was estimated at 8lb, 3oz. 12 days later when I gave birth at 39 weeks, dd weighed 9lb, 8oz

I wasn't supposed to get any, but they started around week 30 because I was having some problems and contractions. Good thing they did!!! That's how I found out I was having a freakin' large baby!!!!!

I started at 34 weeks then I had one last week at 37 weeks and yesterday at 38 weeks. I have GD.

I had my first one at 28 weeks, but that was because I am high-risk. Otherwise I dont know when I would have gotten one.

I just had one today at 37 weeks, though my doctor wanted me to do this at 36--the appt. didn't work out sooner.
This is due to my advanced maternal age--otherwise, I don't think my doctor would have ordered one. Everything else has been fine.
