Filing for disability
Can anyone tell me what the process is. Our old HR lady retired and the new one doesn't know her azz from her elbow.
The only thing the old HR told me was to get the paperwork from the new HR person next week.

get the paperwork but dont fill it out until you have your baby... I did and it only slowed down the process, because you cannot have pre-dated documents... once you have your baby, have your doctor fill it out, fill out what you need to and send it to your job and they will do the rest...

Suzy - I had my job fill in all their required sections, then I filled in mine. After I had the baby, I sent to my drs. office, he completed everything and mailed it in for me.
