Final Christmas Eve Menu.
Okay - this is it! If you guys can think of anything I am missing let me know. I want to make sure nobody leaves the house going "OMG! TAKE ME TO TACO BELL NOW! THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD EAT!"
I categorized Adult/Child - but obviously kids can eat the grown stuff and vice versa.
Stuff with *means I have to prepare it only (already cooked/bought) or requires nominal work.
Stuff with ** is being brought by friends/guests.
Stuff with *** means I have to do the grunt work on it.
ADULT APPETIZERS
Cheese, Sausage and Fruit platter (bleu Stilton, Camembert, Wisconsin Cheddar, PepperJack, Soppressata, Pepperoni, Dried Salami, Grapes, Apple slices and melon balls drizzled w/ balsamic honey glaze) served with Crackers and Flatbreads *

Sounds amazing!!
My only comment is on the beverages--I would probably have some soda just in case. We have some family members who only like to drink Diet Coke, even when there are a million other choices! You know your family best though.
Also, I LOVE that you are serving all this great stuff and NATTY ICE! That is great! (DH would probably go with Key Light, but same idea haha)

Natty Ice has to be served! It's a memory thing.. it's all Rob used to drink before he discovered what he calls Green Beer. His theory is that beer in Green bottles is superior in taste to all other beers. But we still have the Natty for old times.
